C10reservoirs of Ansai oilfield is the important step reserves to Changqing oilfield, which belongs to the typical low permeability reservoirs. In the development initial period, the short of flush stage, the low efficiency of pump because of the unreasonable depth and parameter and the produced gas, the important wax precipitation, which prevent the development of Changqing oil field. As the example of the oil wells in the northern city of hou who belongs C10reservoirs of ansai oilfield. This article classifys all oil wells in the northern of city hou. Using node method analysis this article identifies the reasonable bottom-hole flowing pressure to different classes of gush oil wells, so as to determine the reasonable drawdown pressure to different classes wells. Through analysis the link between the depth of pump and the fill factor of pump, the stroke loss piston, this article determines the reasonable depth of pump to different classes pumping wells. Then refers to the reality production of different classis pumping wells, this article determines the reasonable diameter of pump to the different classis pumping wells with the standards of GB11649-89and SY5059-85. Through rectification the empirical formula of Ramazanov what used to calculate the maximum torque of jackshaft, this article calculates the reasonable stroke and frequency of the pumping unit to different classis wells. At last, through contrasting the applicability of different gas prevention technology and wax prevention technology, this article determines the reasonable prevented technology for different gas preduced oil wells and wax precipitation oil wells based on analyzing the law produced gas and wax precipitation.
