The Evaluation And Adjustment Of Coordinated Development Between Land Use And Eco-Environment In Wuxi City

Human development is inseparable from the development and utilization of land resource, which is a carrier of resources and the environment. With the rapid process of industrialization and urbanization, human increase the breadth and depth of land use. which further lead to the rapid development of social and economic, but land is also a natural resource, which will lead to environment pollution and ecological degradation when it is over-exploited. How to solve the contradiction between land use and eco-environment. how to promote the coordinated development of them become a contemporary issue which is needed to solute. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to discuss the evaluation and adjustment of coordinated development between land use and eco-environment.This paper take Wuxi City as study area, identify the land use characteristics and eco-environmental issues in Wuxi City, undertake a systematic analysis of land use and eco-environment following the idea of system theory, take the coordinated development system as the research object, which is a complex system formed by land use subsystem and eco-environment subsystem. This paper establish evaluation index system of land use subsystem and eco-environment subsystem in Wuxi City, and use it to calculate the score of the land use subsystem and the eco-environment subsystem, the coordinated development degree and dynamic coordinated development degree of land use and eco-environment in Wuxi City. The results show that from1998to2007, the social and economic benefits of land use in Wuxi City have been greatly enhanced, while the eco-environment benefits tend to fluctuate, so it has a long way to go for eco-environment construction. The type of the coordinated development degree has evolved from disorder into coordinated development, so the complex system is getting better. Based on the evaluation, this paper discuss the coordinated development adjustment system, establish the adjustment model using BP neural network which can choose the reasonable adjustment mode by comparing the coordinated development degree in different development modes. The result shows that overall consideration mode can reduce the contradiction between land use and eco-environment, and that it is a suitable mode for Wuxi City. In the end. in order to promote coordinated development between land use and eco-environment, the paper gives advices on the aspects of improve the land use planning, highlight the ecological and environmental protection, transform economic growth mode, promote eco-environmental industry development, strengthen ecological and environmental management, comprehensive administration of eco-environment, promote eco-environment compensation system construction and implementation, set up suitable land use models friendly to environment.
