Land is the human survival and development of natural resources in the most basic of human survival and development of physical infrastructure. Land use is the human and natural ecosystems, the closest cross-link, it brings a huge direct human use value, while also changing the land surface both the biogeochemical cycle of indirect ecological value. Therefore, land use and the resulting maintenance of natural land cover change on ecosystem services and sustainable use of natural resources play a decisive role. Regional land use change process, and Biological Value analysis is an important environmental change research foundation, but also control the scientific basis for decision making of human behavior.Review of research in this paper the situation at home and abroad, based on the proposed content and method of the research paper. In this paper, Lhasa, for example, studies of land use cover change in Lhasa and its driving force analysis, the valuation of ecosystem services and the Lhasa City land use/cover change on ecosystem services value response.First, the land use cover change and its driving forces. Lhasa in the correct understanding of the natural conditions and socio-economic conditions of the foundation, through its9years2000-2008land use change analysis, the number of land use change, land use change and other aspects of the dynamic degree of land use in Lhasa dynamic characteristics, reveals the changes of land use in Lhasa. In the analysis of land use change, based on their natural and socio-economic driving forces for analysis. Of natural factors to the analysis of qualitative analysis of the socio-economic driving forces, natural driving forces and driving forces of land use policies and other factors. On the socio-economic factors was analyzed using the quantitative and qualitative analysis. First. Lhasa,2000-2008, selected land use change affect the socio-economic factors related factors, the use of correlation analysis, its input in the mathematical analysis of SPSS statistical software, analysis results show that the impact of land use changes in Lhasa society economic factors can be grouped into four categories, namely, economic development population growth, urbanization, industrial structure adjustment.Second, the assessment of ecosystem services in Lhasa the value of Lhasa City land use/cover change on ecosystem services value response. Lhasa City, the value of ecosystem services assessment of the value of the ecosystem by Costanza method, select2000.2002,2004,2006,2008data on land use, combined with China’s ecological system, the value of ecosystem services per unit area, respectively, forests, farmland, grassland, water and other ecological systems to estimate the value of ecosystem services, through the Lhasa estimates the value of ecosystem services, revealing land-use change and ecosystem service value of the relationship between changes.2000-2008results show that the ecosystem services in Lhasa has been enhanced to reduce the area of grassland ecosystem services lead to the decline, the overall increase was mainly dependent on the forest ecosystem services that the larger the increase in the area of land type.Overall, the main purpose of this study Lhasa by land-use change, understand change in Lhasa, the situation of land use and land-use change lead to explore the driving force, according to the type of Lhasa, an important change in the land, while analysis of economic factors, and explore the types of economic change on land use changes in the response; through Lhasa estimates the value of ecosystem services, revealing land-use change and changes in ecosystem service value of the relationship between land use planning for the Tibet Autonomous Region, provide the scientific basis for protecting the environment, and the Tibet Autonomous Region of sustainable land use play an important guiding significance.
