In supramolecular chemistry, chemical sensors has drawn more increasing attention. Including the synthesis of chemical sensors, the derivation of the spectral mechanism and analytical applications and biological sensing. Chemical sensors has the advantages of synthetic steps, high selectivity, high sensitivity. In recent years, the research about the chemical sensors is gradually increasing, many high selectivity, high sensitivity chemical sensors has been reported. This paper first introduces the basic concepts of today’s supramolecular chemical sensors to study the situation and development trend; then introduces the research progress of the ferric ion and mercury ion chemical sensors, focusing on the status of chemical sensors containing crown ethers and its development of chemical sensors are more or less of these crown ethers have some drawbacks, such as:selective poor, poor water solubility, by the interference of other ions.In order to improve these problems, we propose the design ideas, designed a series of chemical sensors containing diaza-18-crown-6with coumarin chemical sensors, and by1H NMR,13C NMR, Mass spectrometry analysis of testing methods determine their structure. X-ray diffraction studies of compounds2a-3structure in the solid phase. By fluorescence spectroscopy, UV-visible absorption spectroscopy studies have shown that compounds2a-3in the aqueous solution, the ferric ion has a high selectivity and sensitivity, and other metal ions it is virtually no interference. and fast response time of2s, which proves its high sensitivity. More importantly, the detection limit of0.2mmol, and in a wide pH range and therefore have a good practical and operational, in order to later apply to the ferric ion was detected in the biological red blood cells provides a very big help.Compounds3a-3,4a-5have a high selectivity of mercury ion in DMSO solution. We use1NMR to study their mechanism of mercury ions, and identify them with the mercury ion1:1complexation, and the the complexation way speculate.
