Synthesis And Characterization Of 1,2-Diaza-4-phospholide Ruthenium And Holmium Radial Complex

1,2-Diaza-4-phospholide is a mixed aromatic heterocyclic compound that has a strong affinity for metal ions and it is potential for the preparation of related complexes.Preliminary work has shown that the reaction of rare earth metal chlorides and1,2-diaza-4-phospholide generated low-valent rare earth complex{[（η²-3,5-t Bu₂dp）₄Eu^II]K₂}_∞,which involved an oxido-reduction process between metal cation and ligand.In this thesis,we developed a stratigy for the synthesis and isolation of 1,2-diaza-4-phospholide Ho radical complex.At the same time,we also tried to prepare several ruthenocenes with asymmetric 1,2-diaza-4-phospholide ligands.The compounds were characterized by NMR,IR,and single crystal structure,elemental analysis,magnetic Characterization,and paramagnetic studies.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.The reaction of HoCl₃ and 1,2-diaza-4-phospholide potassium afforded a1,2-diaza-4-phospholide holmium radical complex[η²（N,N）-（3,5-tBu₂dp）₄Ho]^·（1）that was characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis successfully.The reaction suggested an oxido-reduction mechanism.2.A number of asymmetric 1,2-diaza-4-phospholes were synthesized:3-methyl-5-phenyl 1,2,4-diazaphosphole H[3-Me-5-Phdp]（2）,3-cyclohexyl-5-isopropyl-1,2,4-diazaphosphole H[3-Cy-5-i Prdp]（3）,3-isopropyl-5-（3-methylthiophenyl）1,2,4-diaza-phosphole{3-i Pr-5-（3-Me-2-thienyl）dp]}（4）,and N-（4-trifluoromethylphenyl）-3,5-diphenyl-1,2,4-diazaphosphole[1-（4-CF₃-C₆H₄）-3,5-Ph₂dp]（5）.The reaction of asymmetrical 1,2-diaza-4-phospholides with[C₅Me₅RuCl]₄ affored stable asymmetric sandwich complexes[（η⁵-3-Me-5-Phdp）Ru（C₅Me₅）]（6）and[（η⁵-3-Cy-5-i Prdp）Ru（C₅-Me₅）]（7）.
