Since the founding of our country, open-stope method was widely used in the exploitations of mineral resources, in the meantime, a huge number of goaf was generated because of mining, and these goaf was not able to get governance timely and effectively. Furthermore, in a long period of time, due to the low level of mining technology, the unsound of mineral resources policy and regulations, insufficiency of ecological environment protection strength and lots of other factors, there were phenomenons of flok mining and unlegal-organized mining in the exploitation process of mineral resources. Therefore, more and more complex goaf groups and remnant ore which were difficult to calculate near the goaf took place around the mining area.Under the complex mining conditions, it is a comprehensive mining problem that how to protect the safe, efficient, low dilution and loss in mining process, related to resource exploration, mining technology,goaf disaster management and so on. In this paper, we reviewed the relevant literature, closely integrated Baolun gold folk goaf residual mineral resources exploration and mining techniques research, comprehensived rock mechanics theory and the theory of earth pressure, used of FLAC3D numerical simulation software, carried out the research of remnant ore exploration, mining technology, mining stability analysis, the goaf disasters and governance, obtained the following results:(1)Against the remnant ore of Baolun gold, carried out a detailed geological survey and reserves exploration.(2)For four different kinds of the remnant ore of Baolun gold, carried out the reasonable mining plans.(3)Used the FLAC3D to simulation the stability of remnant ore minging, analysised the variation and distribution of stress, strain, plastic zone in the stope surrounding rock and pillar, provided a strong reference to determine a reasonable span of the stope.(4)Researched the harm caused by the mine shock and shock blast, analysised the main factors that induced goaf disasters, summarizesed the treatment methods of the goaf. At present, under the tense situation in the mineral resources in China, this study has a wide range guiding significance of resource extraction near the gob and governance, especially has a very important practical significancein improving the resource utilization, eliminating security risks, reducing mining costs.
