The talc powder, generated in the stone sawing process, will produce massive high turbidity sewage when mixed into cooling water. If treated improperly, it will cause the waste of water and environmental disruption. The subject aims at the present situation of sewage treatment of small stone material enterprise, which completed a new economical planning and design process craft.This process is reasonable, efficient and economic also have a lot of research&promoting significance, which ensures sewage purification and reusing, meanwhile highlighted its economy, reduced the manufacturer’s investment cost and in line with the sewage treatment need fm small stone material manufacturer.Through the analysis of small stone manufacturers’several problem in the process, the traditional processing are reformed combining with current sewage disposal technology and method, through the analysis and consideration of enterprise’s economic demand, on the basis of preliminary planning, in order to realize recycling and improve economy further, the processing are perfected and reasonable procedure are designed accordingly, finally achieved the overall plan of the process.Seen from the economy angle, the process planning in the precipitation, flocculation, concentration, sludge discharge and dewatering equipment with related designing calculation and economic optimization design, can reduce investment cost and increase economic benefit also in line with the demand of purification and recycling, finally achieved the design of new economic process.Seen from the economy of sediment basins, it’s analyzed the uncertainty for sediment basins optimization design’s important influence and introduced to finally establish the cost model of sediment basins through the fuzzy nonlinear programming. Through the application and comparison, the optimization design realized the first optimized objectives, reducing the basic parameters and cost investment, which can provide certain reference for the design and optimization. The optimization research is trying to find a more suitable method which is in line with the actual cost model, lack of necessary test and calibration.Through the analysis of connection between flocculation effect and dehydration characteristics, the resistance measurement is fixed as the experimental method of flocculation optimization research.Through the MATLAB to simulate the resistance shifty curve of different flocculation craft, and through the analysis and comparison of the PAC PAM to determine the optimal inject volume. Experimental optimizing study has an important reference to the process effect and economy also provides accurate data to flocculation’s design and optimization.
