Tangshan is one of the cities which have severe water-shortage.Currently,the water-treatment process is not maturity yet,and a comprehensive set of evaluation method for sewage treatment plant has not established.With the rapid development of water treatment technology,there are more available process proposals that could be chosen.The implementation of an applicable proposal is of high concern to investment cost,disposal rate,and operation capability.In this thesis,the author studies sewage treatment of Tangshan as an example.Firstly,the situation of current water resource and sewage treatment was analyzed based on literature review and data collection.Secondly,investigation on current process scheme of several sewage plants in Tangshan was conducted with site survey method;a comprehensive analysis was carried from both technological and economical aspects.By inducting Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the weight of evaluation indicators was defined,and an optimized evaluation model of planning of urban wastewater treatment plant was built up.Comparing with current selection of process scheme which is decided by economic data,the model can reflect the holistic influence of system factors objectively and make evaluation result more reasonable,which offers better and scientific reference for selecting control scheme of pollution sources.The research result of AHP optimization concludes that with the application of such model into optimizing the selection of process proposals,technical maturity,investment cost and process cost mark the highest weight,water stability and operation management mark the second,and floor area comes to the third.The study shows that A/O process is the best process scheme and Oxidation Ditch process is the second scheme for Tangshan.
