After China joins the WTO, the exit amount of electromechanical product rise greatly, and petroleum machinery product export starts from scratch and the numbers have increased continually, more recently, the export of pumping unit presents ascending trend year by year. Pumping unit is a ground driver devices of oilfield rod pumping system, and the total number of which is more than90%of oilfield production equipment, among them beam pumping unit is most widely used on site.With the continuous exploitation of oil field, the formation pressure has reduced gradually, the exploited oil reservoir type has become more and more complicated, and the reservoir depth of mining investment increased, general pumping unit can not meet the need of the exploiting, so high power oil pumping unit urgently need to be developed to meet the need of the exploiting. In view of the above situation, C1824D-427-240pumping unit has been developed especially with heterogeneous beam balance technology and fitted with1824reducer to realize deep reservoir mining which is one of the biggest beam pumping units among China outlet pumping units and can perfect API general pumping unit series variety. What’s more, it can accelerate export of China pumping units and has important directive significance in occupying international market share.Firstly, C1824D pumping unit has been theoretically analyzed by determining the size of four bar mechanism, which includes geometric calculation, motion calculation, process calculation and force analysis and calculation of mechanism. The structure of components, such as the horse-head, walking beam, across beam, link, balancing device of crank shaft, scaffolds, the base, bearing, the reducer, brake equipment, etc. have been designed referring to the product structure of Lufkin company and combining with domestic pumping unit standars such as SY/T5044—20000"Beam Pumping Unit" and SY/T5795—93"Installation Dimension of Beam Pumping Units and Matching Dimension of Vulnerable Parts", and the related plane graphs have been drawn on the basis of theoretical analysis of C1824D-427-240pumping unit. And the meaning time, in order to ensure the rationality of parts design, strength checking calculation, such as walking beam and cross beam, have been made for main bearing components of pumping unit, static intension and fatigue strength check and analysis of the bracket bearing, stern bearing and crankpin bearing have been made, what’s more, the gear and the shaft of the reducer have been checked in the dissertation.Secondly,3d modeling of the pumping unit has been done with Pro/Engineer software. Modeling process of complex components such as reduction gearbox has been illustrated in detail and double-circular-arc gear has been designed with parameter. And the meaning time, the assembling theory is illusrating which is creating assembling modeling in computer through simulating motion morphology and spatial relation of parts and assembling instruments, which is helpful for assembling ability of the parts and can find the problem during assembling earlyly to provide decision-making basis for working out high efficiency and reliable assembling technology. What’s more, virtual assembling of C1824D-427-240pumping unit has been done which is based on the assembling theory of the modeling and assembly path has been shown in the dissertation. And then, interference detection for pumping unit virtual assembly has been made and engineering drawing has been generated to verify assembling viability.Finally, the gearbox body, support and base must be simplified separately in the Pro/E software. And then import finite element analysis software ANSYS for static analysis, according to the characteristics of the structure, selected the Solid187unit for the gearbox body’s calculated, separately for the support and the base chosen solid187unit, as well as theory modules. According to standard calculation model of SY5044-2000"Beam Pumping Unit", outputing a set of calculations when crank turns per-15degree. This way, we can calculate load spectrum of C1824D-427-240out phase beam-balanced pumping unit under the forces, and then, in the load spectrum, select the calculation representative point when the support under the most serious forces, thus the support working conditions and load spectrum of FEA are determined, then the load spectrum is imported to SAPSP software package and calculated. When the number of punching n=4.0min-1, stroke length s-6.0694m, pump diameter D=32mm, the pumping unit in the most unfavorable working condition, in this condition, static analysis of gearbox, support and base, Intuitive shows the displacement contour and stress contour of gearbox, support and base, meanwhile, obtained the maximum stress, maximum displacement and the corresponding node, and verify its strength, stiffness and stability, provide important basis for the safety of products.3-D design technology and finite element analysis technology have been introduced into the pumping unit design in the dissertation, which have improved the visibility and the quality of the product design and has reduced the development period and design cost of the pump unit. What is more important, it will lay a sound foundation for future modification and optimization design of the pump unit.
