| Beam pumping unit is a daily oil pumping machine of the domestic oil field at present. The modular computer-aided design of beam pumping unit is still in the country at the initial stage. So in this paper, based on some materials which were offered by Shengli Oil Field, such as the beam pumping unit's application situation and performance parameters, etc, both the modular design and the parametric design for the beam pumping unit were carried out.Firstly, after researched and analyzed the beam pumping unit's application situation in Shengli Oil Field, both the modularization design's objects and the parametric design's objects for the beam pumping unit were confirmed and both the modular design's holistic design proposal and the parametric design's holistic design proposal for the beam pumping unit were also confirmed in this paper.On this basis, through studied these two kinds of modular design methods existing at present (the method which emphasize particularly on function assignment and the method which based on structural feature) deeply and analyzed and compared these two methods, we can find that the two methods have certain defects, so, a kind of new modular design method for the beam pumping unit is proposed in this paper. At first, based on function assignment the beam pumping unit is divided into four major function modules; then on the basis of the parametric design principle, and combined the existing beam pumping unit design experience, the main structure parameters and the key design parameters of the function modules have been confirmed by structural feature and mechanics analysis, and the function modules have been designed by modularization based on structural feature.Furthermore, after finished the parametric design, the structural design's evaluation was carried out for the beam pumping unit's modules. The evaluation includes: analyzes whether the modules meet the designing requirements by calculating the strength, the hardness and the stability, etc. At the same time, the evaluation for the overall performance was realized by analyzing the beam pumping unit's movement and dynamic performance, the economic indicator, the reliability index and the using indicator, etc. Finally, the application software for the beam pumping unit's modular design and parametric design has been finished, which based on the object-oriented programming language Visual Basic 6.0 software and SolidWorks software secondary development technology. The application software can call SolidWorks API functions to finish beam pumping unit parametric design and automatic module assembly. In addition, this software also has realized the system management, module designing evaluation, the overall performance of beam pumping unit evaluation. This paper uses CYJ10-3-53HB pumping unit as an example to test this software. |
