The history of planting mulberry trees in china has been long and it also enjoys a long culture tradition. According to early records of medical books, mulberry leaf have the function of hidroschesis, removing acne,splash and so on. Mulberry leaf enjoy good reputation of "ginseng hot-tonification, mulberry leaf clear-tonification." and "fairy grass". In recent years, Mulberry leaf have caused much attention Scientific researches have proved that mulberry leaf contains abundant active substance:amino acid, polysaccharide, alkaloid, flavone, etc. Regular consumption of Mulberry leaf tea could effective reduce high blood glucose levels, high blood fat, high blood pressure and therefore have effective control and treatment for "three tenors" which threat the people’s health.This design bases on the numerous health care function of mulberry leaf, develop a new kind of Mulberry leaf tea drinks to meet the needs of the people’s health. This experiment design our own Mulberry leaf tea drinks borrow ideas from the design of green tea, and get the corresponding formula from the optimum process conditions of Mulberry leaf tea drinks by experimental analysis. This study also designs a production line of producing6,000bottles of Mulberry leaf tea drinks per hour, do profound research of the main process, and select the related equipment. In the last, the paper select the construction of Mulberry leaf tea’s factory, design the plane of the factory, and provides estimates of total investment and payback time of mulberry leaf tea factory.
