This experiment design our own Mulberry leaf tea drinks borrow ideas from the design of green tea, and get the corresponding formula from the optimum process conditions of Mulberry leaf tea drinks by experimental analysis. This study also designs a production line of producing6,000bottles of Mulberry leaf tea drinks per hour, do profound research of the main process, and select the related equipment. In the last, the paper select the construction of Mulberry leaf tea’s factory, design the plane of the factory, and provides estimates of total investment and payback time of mulberry leaf tea factory.
