The springback of plate bending forming is a common defectwhich is difficult to solve.This defects is particularly prominent in high strength sheet metal forming process. In recent years, with the development of automobile and aerospace industry, high strength sheet metal is widely used.The problem of springback in stamping forming has become more and more thorny. In order to improve the accuracy of automotive stampings forming, must effectively control the springback. Therefore, how to predict and control the springback scientifically and effectively become the focus problem of this field.Due to the wide application of the U shape section,the significance of this problem is more evident. In the process of the production of auto parts structure, the springback problems affect the size precision of part and the overall quality of products seriously,and become a great challenge of us.what measures we should take become a serious problem.This article begins with the analysis of stamping forming characteristics and springback mechanism of Forming process. Introduce the research of bending springback prediction and control method. Then the paper discusses the forming characteristics of high strength steel plat in automobile stamping parts. On springback problem analysis, From the mold design and process design two aspects, proposes the measures to control rebound. Nextly,with the help of dynaform software,we will study the forming process and rebound situation of high strength steel plate,lay a firm foundation for the research of this field. Finally,combining finite element simulation and data processing technology, we have Expansed finite element modeling method research based on improving prediction accuracy of springback. And establised a springback prediction of high strength plate U shaped pieces. And applicated this model in Springback Analysis of Automobile Beam Bending The results show that the prediction model has a high forecast precision.
