The mining motor car is an important transportation equipment in the underground tunnel of coal mines,featuring safe and reliable operation as well as high-efficiency working performance,which plays an important role in the safe production and development of the mine.Due to the superior performance of PMSM,it is widely used as the traction motor of mining motor car.Therefore,the PMSM is used as the research object in this paper,and a study on the PMSM speed control system of mining motor car is conducted based on Fuzzy-ADRC.It plays an important role in the safe and reliable operation of mining locomotives,improving energy utilization and enhancing the operating performance of locomotives.The research background and significance of the topic are first introduced in this paper,and the control strategy of PMSM and the current status of domestic and international research on ADRC technology are described.After that,the mathematical model of PMSM in different coordinate systems is constructed,several control strategies of current PMSM are compared and analyzed with the working environment of PMSM of mining electric locomotive,eventually the PMSM vector control mode with i_d*=0 control is selected.Aiming at the problem that the existing controllers can hardly achieve the control requirements of mining motor vehicle PMSM in the complex working environment of underground,a Fuzzy-ADRC is proposed and designed,and a mining motor vehicle PMSM speed control system model is constructed and simulated by applying the SVPWM technique.In view of the high-frequency chattering phenomenon in the current ADRC,the nonlinear function fal(e,α,δ),which triggers the high-frequency chattering phenomenon in the ADRC,is improved in this paper,and the improved fal’(e,α,δ)function curve is smoother,which effectively suppresses the high-frequency chattering of the system.In addition,in order to solve the problem that the parameters of the ADRC are complicated and difficult to be adjusted,this paper firstly adopts the simulation experiment to obtain the regulation law of the main parameters of the ADRC,and then adopts the fuzzy control to adjust and find the best for the parameters in real time,so as to realize the automatic adjustment of the parameters of the ADRC.According to the above research,the PMSM speed control system model based on Fuzzy-ADRC is established and compared with the classical PID controller and sliding mode controller which are widely used.The simulation results show that the Fuzzy-ADRC has better control performance and anti-disturbance ability than the other two controllers under the conditions of motor starting,speed abrupt change and stopping,which better meets the requirements of smooth speed regulation and strong anti-disturbance performance of the mining motor car under various complex working conditions underground.In the end,the hardware and software of the PMSM speed control system based on the TMS320F28335 is designed as the main control chip.Figure[68]Table[11]Reference[85]...
