Acrylic resin is the most commonly used polymer film coating material, with the character of non-toxic, undamaged by enzyme, none-absorbsion, nonparticipation in metabolism, and good film-forming. Currently, acrylic resin is produced mostly by solution polymerization,which caused serious environmental pollution. Acrylic resin will be synthesized by traditional and ultrasound irradiation emulsion polymerization. This thesis includes the following main points:1. Stable stomachic acrylic resin and enteric acrylic resin with plasticization have been synthesized successfully by traditional emulsion polymerization. The optimal synthesis conditions of stomachic resin were confirmed by the discussion of various influence factors. Reaction temperature was65℃, monomer adding time was2h, insulation reaction time was no less than4h, dosage of initiator was0.6%, dosage of emulsifier was2%, thereinto, mass ratio of OP-10and SDS was4:1. The optimal synthesis conditions of enteric acrylic resin with plasticization was confirmed as the following:reaction temperature was70-75℃, monomer adding time was1-1.5h, insulation reaction time was no less than4h, dosage of initiator was0.4%, dosage of emulsifier was2%, thereinto, mass ratio of OP-10and SDS was4:1, dosage of isopropanol was0.75%,mole ratio of the acid and ester was1:2, mole ratio of MMA and BA was1:2or1:3.2. Stable stomachic acrylic resin and enteric acrylic resin with plasticization have been synthesized by traditional emulsion polymerization ultrasonic emulsion polymerization, the optimal synthesis conditions of stomachic resin was confirmed by the discussion of various influence factors. Reaction temperature was65-70℃; reaction time was40min;Ultrasonic power was500W;Initiator was added in batches and it’s dosage was0.5%; dosage of emulsifier was2%. The optimal synthesis conditions of enteric acrylic resin with plasticization was confirmed as the following:reaction temperature was70-75℃; Reaction time was40min;Ultrasonic power was400W; Dosage of Initiator was0.5%, dosage of emulsifier was2%, dosage of isopropanol was between1.12%-1.50%.3. The structure of the stomachic acrylic resin and enteric acrylic resin with plasticization were confirmed by IR. Molecular weight of the resin was determined by viscometric method. For the stomachic acrylic resin, molecular weight of the pr-oducts that synthesized by traditional and ultrasound irradiation emulsion polymerization was1.45×105 and1.58×10respectively, while the corresponding molecular weight of enteric resin was1.78×105and1.94×105respectively.4. The results of coating and disintegration test show that stomachic and enteric tablets both had complete and smooth surface after coating which state their excellent coating performance. For the stomachic resin emulsion that synthesized by traditional and ultrasound irradiation, weight increase of the tablets was2.0%and3.5%respectively, both crumbling time of the tablets in artificial gastric juice were5min; Accordingly, for the enteric resin emulsion, weight increase of the tablets was15.1%and15.4%respectively, retention time of the tablets in artificial gastric juice was2h and3h respectively while crumbling time of the tablets in artificial intestinal juice was70min and27min respectively.Figure:24; Table:12; Formula:2; Reference:47...
