Therefore, the study on ethylene removal agent for improving the business value of fruit and vegetables and promoting the income of farmers has great significance.This essay introduces the following aspects:(1) the selection about high efficient ethylene removal agent carrier, the study on carrier and KMn04coordinate;(2) the relationship between the concentration of KMnO4, the particle shape and the ethylene efficient removal;(3) the influence on various physiological indicators of the peaches and kiwifruit treated by ethylene removal agent during storage at room temperature and low temperature. In the trial of several alternative carriers, the adsorption capacity of sepiolite is strongest; The adsorption capacity of composite carrier between two kinds of single-carrier. It correspond with the the temperature increased that the adsorption capacity of carrier increased.(2)Through the experiment of ethylene adsorption capacity, draw the following conclusions:With different types of carrier of ethylene removal agents and the same concentration of KMnO4in the carrier, the ethylene adsorption capacity is very close; The more the KMnO4content is in the carrier, the stronger ethylene removal ability is; Therefore, the production of ethylene removal agent should select the carrier which has strong adsorption capacity, and been soaked in higher concentration KMnO4solution after heated. So the products, which contain more KMnO4has stronger removal capacity. In the trial, using sepiolite as carrier, putting in the60℃saturated KMnO4solution heat to90℃, than soak the carrier with a certain proportion of KMnO4solution. After drying, the capacity of ethylene removal is strongest. It can absorb4.8mL ethylene per gram.(3) Exert the ethylene removal agent into preservation experiment, draw the following conclusions:In the preservation process, the treatment in which peaches and kiwifruit be putting in ethylene removal agent can significantly reduce the ethylene concentration of the storage environment, reduce post-harvest fruitage ethylene metabolism and respiratory metabolic activity, and inhibit the decline of the hardnessã€the titratable acid and the Vc content effectively, inhibit the PPO activity increased, reduce the decay rate of the commodity. |
