Aojiang is the second drinking water source of Fuzhou. It is the important guarantee of Fuzhou drinking water safety. However, the waste water discharged by Gutian County stone industry threatened the water quality of Aojiang watershed. In order to solve the stone pollution problems of AoJiang watershed, Gutian County spend a lot of money on the renovation, and have achieved good results. However, the results of maintenance in AoJiang watershed need constantly investment. The current difficult of the watershed protection are how to solve the funding sources of compensation and coordinate the economic interests between the upstream and downstream watershed. Therefore, Ecological compensation can well solve these problems. The confirmation of ecological compensation standard is an important link in this project, which has an apparent connection to the effects of the ecological compensation project. However, there is few study on the ecological compensation standard of the industry in our country, and some standard accounting methods are still at the stage of exploration. In this paper, the author uses the methods of total cost, cost recovery to value the costs of Gutian County stone industry ecological compensation, and these two methods are also analyzed and discussed. The results show:the limit of Gutian county stone industry ecological compensation in2010is between75thousand and98.7thousand yuan. Based on the calculation of water withdrawals in2010, the amount of Aojiang drinking water safety warranty is between0.05and0.07yuan per ton. Instead, the urban residents living in Fuzhou are willing to pay0.14yuan per ton for drinking water safety warranty. As a result, Fuzhou can solve part of compensation funds by charging some drinking water security fees from water price.
