Combined with the project named the research of resources comprehensive mining planning and productivity optimization in Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine, and aimed at the resource status and realistic mining conditions in Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine, this paper synthetically applied the theoretical analysis method,3D modeling technology,linear programming method and mining operations planing compilation technology, took the MATLAB, SURPAC and DIMINE as research tools,and carried out the research of optimization of productivity and mining planning in underground metal mines. The main research contents are as follows:(1) Carried out the statistical analysis of current mine resources reserves and resources exploitation situation of middle parts. Statistically get the proportions of different stope types and mining methods. Realized the3D visualization of realistic resources by using3D modeling technology, achieved the classified statistical analysis of difficult degree of realistic resources exploitation, put forward the range of reasonable resources by which realistic productivity was determined, the results laid the foundation for mine’s reasonable capacity and resource mining planning.(2) According to the range of reasonable resources by which realistic productivity was determined, the reasonable productivity range in accordance with the mine’s realistic resource status was obtained. Based on the factors——mine’s realistic resource status and technical and economic conditions and so on, major decision-making targets which influenced mine productivity were determined. Based on the obtainment of objective weight by using entropy method and pairwise comparative method, and the obtainment of more reasonable weight coefficient by using combination weighting method,optimization of the mine production capacity was achieved by using grey situation decision and grey incidence decision.(3) By using linear programming theory, the resources mining linear programming model which took the minimum deviation between mine’s planning mined ore-grade and reasonable milling grade of dressing plant as objective function was constructed. Resource mining planning of sections, middle parts in2012years and2013years and stopes in2012years were implemented in Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine.(4) According to mining planning results and the distribution of mine’s resources, on the basis of builded stope’s equivalent3D solid models, block model and stope production path lines, used the DIMINE software and combined with mine production practice, the mining operations planing in2012was realized. Results can be in favour of more safe, efficient and economic mining of mine’s resources.
