| Aluminum is one of the most widely used metal in the world now. At present,China has become the the world’s superpower in aluminum production and aluminum consumption,Aluminum has an important strategic position on maintaining national stability and maintaining rapid economic development.Bauxite is the main raw material for aluminum production, with the increasing demand for aluminum resources, with the increasing domestic consumption of bauxite reserves surge, accumulation-type bauxite for open-pit mining declined day by day,so it is urgent to take research on underground mining of primary sedimentary bauxite.The BuddhaRock mining area is the main resource gathering place of The Chalco Chongqing Branch,mostly contains slowly inclined thin orebody of primary sedimentary bauxite in this area,which is difficult mining deposits now in the world.At present, the exploitation and utilization of domestic primary sedimentary bauxite is still under research stage, there are not many similar underground mines which can be learned form.Integrity and continuity of this type ore deposit is poor,the rock stability of direct roof and floor is not strong;orebody is thin;deposit more complex hydrogeological conditions, resulting in a serious waste of bauxite resources.Against the difficulties encountered in the exploitation of The BuddhaRock mining area,this paper will study three important aspects:First,research and analysis the occurrences and characteristics of mining deposits,using DIMINE digital mining software to establish geological drilling databaseã€three-dimensional surface model three-dimensional orebody modelã€three-dimensional development system model and rock model of mining area. Accurately reflect the output of ore in the state space, continuity and change features, achieves the real sense of spatial visualization of mineral deposits and exploiting projects.Second,through analyzing the occurrence of primary sedimentary bauxite,summarized the domestic and foreign bauxite underground mining experience,proposed five kinds of economic and reasonable〠technically feasible underground mining methods appropriate for the BuddhaRock slowly inclined thin orebody.Innovatively build a mining method selection model based on the positive and negative ideal gray correlation weight vector analysis, then apply it to the multi-target mining method decision-making of the BuddhaRock slowly inclined thin orebody.Considering the effecting factors of every index of every program,preferred a tendency longwall caving method as the best solution in five candidate mining method.Third,innovatively combined DIMINE digital mining software with Visual Modflow hydrology software to build the model of BuddhaRock mining area.As a A three-dimensional groundwater flow simulation software,Visual Modflow can achieve the prediction of the flowã€flow rateã€flow field.etc of underground water.Use the established BuddhaRock hydrogeological mode to predict the discharge of575Lane which exists serious water inrush,obtained the conclusion that the discharge of575Lane depends on seasonal changes.While taking advantage of the model,we can get the groundwater flow fieldã€flow rate,ã€headã€drawdownã€etc anywhere, realize the dynamic prediction and control of groundwater,which has an important significance. |
