At present,nearly 3/4 of the mid-thick and above-165 m orebodies in Shirengou Iron Mine have been mined,while a large number of thin orebodies are limited by mining methods,with long mining cycle and low ore-supply capacity,which lead to the continuous increase of underground ore-supply pressure and poor production stability.In view of the occurrence of thin orebodies in Shirengou Iron Mine,a typical section of orebody was selected as a test room.Firstly,the properties and occurrence of ore bodies and surrounding rocks are analyzed and explored,and a three-dimensional model is formed.Secondly,on the basis of modern equipment such as Atlas281 tunneling trolley and 1254 mining trolley,the upward horizontal slicing and filling mining method is determined,and the once-in-a-time drilling technology of deep holes in cutting wells under different conditions,such as orebody tendency,roof breakage and water accumulation in upper slicing roadway,is studied.The self-designed and successfully implemented deep hole plugging in large water.The technical scheme,using the existing scraper equipment to complete the 2m remote control scraper transformation project,and successfully applied to the layered room later residual ore recovery work.Finally,a series of measures,such as green brick gravity retaining wall plugging,drilling and filling boreholes,cemented filling with full tailings,artificial roofing with rubble paving,were adopted to complete the filling of goaf.Based on the experimental study of upward horizontal slicing and filling method for 12-2#~13-1# through M1 orebody in the middle section of-120 m,the purpose of lowsection,safe,efficient and green waste-free mining of steeply inclined thin orebody is realized,which provides a reference and basis for thin orebody mining in each subsection of underground mine.Figure 43;Table 8;Reference 76.
