Abstract/Summary:
This issue was to design a high-gluten wheat flour production line, which had an daily capacity of360tons. The main task was to establish a basic production process of flour that could be used in practical engineering, dust screen, pneumatic conveying systems, plant layout, and equipment layout programs were also included. Finally all of the designs were described to drawings. Four types of flour were produced in this design, and they were named as F0, F1, F2, and F3respectively based on the different contents of ash and protein extracted in the milling process. Among the four different materials, F0and F1were the main products, and could be further satisfy of the product requirements through with flour blending. Firstly, the clean-up process, milling technology, and flour blending process were designed according to the basis data provided by this subject, and the flow balancing labs were supplied. Then, selecting the device based to yield or flow. After the selection of equipment, reasonable equipment layouts were needed in each plane of the designed mill room. In order to achieve the purpose of easy operation and maintenance of the equipment, the materials going smoothly, not plugging and normal producing, equipment layouts must be meet the demands of production technology, production management, architecture, life management, fire prevention and other health requirements. In addition, according to the aspirating capacity of equipment, computing the pipe diameter of dust screen, and selecting the bag filter and fan. According to volume and nature of the material, calculating pneumatic conveying air network, which need to meet resistance balance. Then, modify the ventilation network designed through calculation to make the drawing more perfect. Finally, completing drawings, which included plan, elevation and profile, the process maps of cleaning, milling and flour flow blending, isometric view, sieve scheme view and holes screen views of wind power and gas transmission side were also included.
