Since graphene was discovered in2004, research on it spring up likemushrooms. This essay firstly invented graphene through pulsed laserassisted reduction method, and then flexible graphene film wasfabricated. In order to improve electric properties of graphene film,silver nanowire was doped into the film, the doping effect on theproperties of graphene was researched.Graphene oxide was fabricated by modified Hummers methodand reduced by pulsed laser assisted method, graphene film wasfabricated by vacuum filtration and nano printed method. Accordingto SEM photo, when natural graphite was transformed to grapheneoxide, fold and crinkle appeared on the surface of graphene oxide andits size became smaller. According to XRD spectra, the peak ofgraphene oxide at11.38°was disappeared after irradiation of pulsedlaser. According to XPS spectra, oxygen containing radicals ongraphene oxide were almost eliminated after laser irradiation.According to TGA result, thermal stability of pulsed laser reducedgraphene oxide was much better than graphene oxide. All the resultproved that graphene oxide was successfully reduced by theirradiation of pulsed laser. According to the result of Hall-resistivity effect,sheet resistance of flexible graphene film was between2.1to840MΩ/□. Graphene/silver nanowire was prepared and flexible hybrid electrode was fabricated by vacuum filtration. Our research showedthat silver nanowire was playing the role of conductivity channel whichcontributed to the electric improvement of graphene film.
