Transparent conductive electrodes(TCEs)based on indium tin oxide(ITO)are widely used in various optoelectronic applications,such as light-emitting diodes,and solar cells.However,ITO suffers from its inherent drawbacks,such as scarcity of indium resource,high cost and lack of flexibility,which limit the application of ITO.Therefore,there is an urgent need for developing cost-effective materials to replace ITO,such as carbon nanotubes(CNTs),conductive polymers,metal nanowires,graphene.Among these TCEs,metal nanowires especially silver nanowires(AgNWs)and graphene are attracting extensive attentions due to their excellent properties.In this essay,we transfer the graphene on the Ag NWs electrode to fabricate the highly transparent and conductive AgNWs-graphene hybrid electrode.In addition,the flexible Ag NWs-graphene electrode is also fabricated on poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)substrates.The flexible devices based on flexible Ag NWs-graphene electrode are fabricated,which show excellent flexible properties.In chapter one,we introduce the preparation methods of Ag NWs and Ag NWs-graphene electrodes.Then,we review the application of Ag NWs,graphene,Ag NWs-graphene hybrid electrodes in light-emitting diodes and solar cells.In chapter two,the influence of rotation speed and concentration of silver nanowires on Ag NWs electrode are discussed.And the best rotation speed is 3000/rpm and best concentration is 5 mg/L.Then,we transfer the graphene on the top of Ag NWs to obtain the Ag NWs-graphene electrode.In addition,we compare the optical transmittance,sheet resistance and long-term stability of Ag NWs and Ag NWs-graphene electrode.And the inverted organic solar cells based on the Ag NWs and Ag NWs-graphene electrode are fabricated.The power conversion efficiency(PCE)of devices based on Ag NWs-graphene hybrid electrode is 8.12%,which is compared to that of the solar cells based on standard ITO TCE but much higher than that based on AgNWs TCE(7.32%).In chapter three,the flexible Ag NWs and Ag NWs-graphene electrodes on PET are fabricated.Compared with ITO,flexible Ag NWs and Ag NWs-graphene electrodes show better flexible properties.Compared with Ag NWs electrode,the Ag NWs-graphene electrode exhibits reduced sheet resistance,lower surface roughness,excellent long-term stability.In addition,inverted organic solar cells based on flexible are fabricated.The device based on Ag NWs-graphene TCE is 6.47%,which is much higher than that based on Ag NWs TCE(5.96%).The PCE of Ag NWs-graphene-based devices was 78%of the initial value after being bent for 1000 times,which is much better than that of conventional ITO(35%of the initial value after bending).
