Vibration cementing is a new technology to improve cementing quality. It utilizes mechanical vibration, hydraulic pressure, air pulse and hydraulic impact means to produce vibration liquid which will act on casing pipe, drilling fluid and cementing fluid during the process of running casing, cementing,displacement and waiting-on-cement. Vibration technology was first used in the concrete pouring process of the construction industry.In the early1980s, this technology is used in the cementing operation.The late1980s, the technology has been rapid development, some country like the United States and the Soviet Union has the production capacity.Meanwhile,the awareness of the vibration technology can improve the cementing quality become more extensive and profound.It has been proved that vibration cementing can increase cement strength and displacement efficiency, eliminate air bubble in cement and form a intact cement sheath.Meanwhile, it can also shorten waiting-on-cement and avoid channel among oil, gas and water,which is propitious to improve the bond strength of the first and second interfacial. By a comprehensive analysis of the features and technology at home and abroad vibration cementing techniques and vibration device, we found that the vibration from cleaning to the entire process of the WOC is beneficial to improve cementing quality, manifested in the increase of the drilling fluid displacement efficiencysolidified with cement paste strength, so that the cement sheath interface bond quality improved. Vibration cementing device at home and abroad according to the action principle can be divided into hydraulic pulse, mechanical, magnetostrictive, piezoelectric ceramic type, audio vibration, annular pulse vibration device. At present, in the design and the most widely used hydraulic pulse vibration device.Some date researches show that vibration cementing exists some shortcomings in the reliability of work. The thesis research about mechanical structure design of vibration cementing device, the propagation law of vibration wave in the borehole medium and the propagation law of vibration along the casing, through the study of vibration cementing, this paper establishes the result of the following aspects:(1) Through investigation and analysis of domestic and foreign literature of vibration cementing device, vibration cementing general placed in the casing string below the float collar downhole hydraulic pulse device, the ground mechanical percussion casing string vibration device and ground wellhead annulus WOC during low-frequency pulse devices are three typical ways, combined with the basic principles of the underground turbodrill work, using the idea of modular design, the thesis proposed a new type of downhole turbine vibration cementing device program. (2) this paper starting from the overall design of vibration cementing device, through the establishment of the theoretical analysis model, then proposed the vibration unit of vibration cementing devices supporting ring, leaf blade of the rotor and the vibration mechanism of vibrational excitation calculation methods and processes, and ultimately determine the design parameters of the vibration cementing device, and can be used to guide the actual construction.(3) One of the important factor of the vibration on the cementing quality is transmitted vibration propagation distance along the casing in a certain vibration strength, the vibration along the sleeve the longer the distance the more favorable for cementing quality. On the basis of the vibration cementing theoretical analysis, set up the theroetical model of downhole pressure pulse propagation in the annular space, and analyse the propagation regular of the pulse in the grout in depth, and also give the laws of the spread of the pulse pressure.(4) The vibration generated by the vibration device will cause the casing lateral vibration, longitudinal vibration and torsional vibration, torsional vibration model of the establishment and analysis of more complex, the main casing horizontal vibration and vertical vibration and dissemination. Under different conditions, set up the casing vibration analysis model in the wellbore, analyze the casing longitudinal and transverse vibration theory, reach the laws of the different frequencies of vibration waves pass along the casing(attenuation).(5) Draw a new type of turbine vibration cementing device design drawings, and base on the design drawings, process two sets of vibration device.In the applications of "sand19-68"show that the vibration device used in the cementation, the sound amplitude is less than5%, the second interface bond quality is better than the conventional cementing.the cementing quality was excellent.The paper is based on the Jiangsu oilfield downhole vibration cementing technology research projects, According to the requirements of the site conditions, combined with the actual situation at the scene design vibration cementing device, and the new turbine downhole vibration cementing device has been successfully applied in the field, has great effect to improve cementing quality.The new turbine downhole vibration is a pioneer in the whole country, and is a practical way to improve the quality of oil well cementing. |
