Cementing vibration can significantly improve the quality of cementing.And it is valuable to have a research on the vibration cementing device.We propose a novel vibration cementing device that can generate shock waves in the radial and axial direction combined with the operating characteristics of the motor of the screw.The device is connected to the casing string and it mainly function in the stage of cementing and the phase of replacement.The paper conducts experiment on the performance of cement slurry by means of mechanical vibration using a vibrating table and FM instrument.It shows that compressive strength of the slurry increased by about 12% compared with the experiment that is placed statically.The curve distribution of the static gel strength shows it reduced about several minutes compared with the previous slurry system.Combined with the field conditions,the line type of the screw motor which is the key part in the whole device was designed and analyzed.In addition,the key parameters such as offset and orifice area were analyzed.The paper has theoretical calculations on operating characteristics of single-head screw motor and formulates a schematic structural view of the device.Three-dimensional model of screw motor was made using the software of SOLIDWORKS.Due to the special nature of the material,stress and strain of the screw rotor and the stator rubber bushing was carried out by means of the software of ABAQUS.In addition,a prototype is processed and we have a test in the workshop.
