For this situation, through the PET bottle production line of research, thisresearch targeted a more reasonable temperature control system for its production line.In general, PET bottle production lines are based on infrared heating tube of preform heating, infraredheat lamps are mostly issued by radiation heat transfer, this transfer in ways that favor the absorption of thepreform, but there are also a small amount of heat transfer is conduction, because the conductive heat is notconducive to the production of preforms, it is usually generated by the use of fan air flow will be conductedto go tropical. Therefore, a reasonable area to control the temperature of the bottle and real-time dischargethe amount of heat conduction PET bottle machine is one of the key. Its core is based on production needsto achieve a reasonable bottle of furnace zone temperature control and ventilation rate. Therefore, we musthave a corresponding advanced control technology in order to reasonably control the heating and ventilationsystem, the amount of regional temperature bottle.This paper is divided into two parts: the first part of the analysis describes the status of the diffuser,from all aspects of analysis to improve it, thereby improving into a new more efficient diffuser. Here arebased on a coated surface of the diffuser to improve diffuser coating and reflector shape increases toimprove it in two ways, can effectively improve the thermal efficiency, in order to achieve optimalperformance of the furnace; second part introduces the furnace temperature control system design process.This article is based on the type of PET bottle machine heating system for research background, heat fromthe furnace temperature and the production system to adapt to the temperature and fan control requirements,the use ATmega128MCU as a core element consisting of furnace temperature control system, andultimately the furnace temperature control and automatic frequency control fan control principles andmethods.The main results of this paper: the first is to design a PET bottle machine new diffuser within thefurnace-the reflector; second is independently developed and designed a PET bottle machine in the heatingsystem temperature control system. The research process design using protel99se software control systemhardware circuit to produce the core PCB board, after the AVR Studio4and ICC AVR software to programand debug the program, this software platform in the temperature control system to complete the procedure.Finally, the PCB design process with the successful commissioning experiment, after constantly adjusted to achieve an expected result.In this paper, PET bottle making machine designed for this furnace temperature control system, heatingsystem can effectively reduce energy consumption, improve product yield.
