Study On The Use Of Municipal Reclaimed Water Of BaoTou

The lack and pollution of water resource have been a problem of social and environmental, which encumbers the industrial and development of Baotou. Wastewater reusc is one of some kinds of tried and true measures solving water resources tension, except for exploituring new water resources, strictly controling water contamination and generalizing water conservmion measures, etc. The article analyzed the water pollution situation, forecasted the discharge of waste water, calculated the demand of recycled water, and researched the infrastructure of the recycled water plant. Finally, the results are as follows.(1) Sewage utilization has a lot of problems. The technical problems including the poor pipe network coverage rate、the poor design standard of plants and the low treatment level of industrial sewage. The management problems including the lack of unified planning and overall management of Sewage treatment and reuse、the imperfect macro-control mechanisms and the unreasonable water pricing system.(2) By the year of2015, the amount of industrial sewage and domestic sewage are58.86million tons and128.40million tons respectively, and the gross is187.26million tons. The objects of the recycled water is identified as the industrial water、 urban municipal water and environmental water. The total amount of used water is55.40million tons in the year.(3) According to the object and amount of sewage utilization the terrain relief of Baotou and so on, the article put forward that the supply of reclaimed water should include four system and eight wastewater treatment plant. The layout embodied the Combination of centralization and decentralization; it not only shows the scale benefits, but also reduces the investment of the pipeline.It’s feasible of wastewater reuse in Baotou from points of technology、economy and practice, the favorable benefit of the ecology and economics will be gotten.
