At present, most of the oil fields are already entering into later stage of oil extraction, the formation pressure of the oil layer have gradually reduced, in order to maintain theformation pressure and reduce the contradiction between the layers and improve theefficiency of oil extraction, layered injection is being widely used in oil fields in ourcountry. Water distributor is one of the important tools of layered injection, whichdetermine the effect of water distribution. Conventional water distributors have somedisadvantages in field application:(1) The distributing process is trivial and it is can’trealize constant-current control.(2) There is a long period of parameters’ test under theshaft with low accuracy and it is can’t reflect the dynamic changes of parametersunderground immediately.(3)It is can’t adapt to the severe conditions with high-pressureand high temperature in the deep well. Therefore, in view of the shortcomings of theconventional water distributor, the electronic-controlled water-distribution system is beingdeveloped, which is integrated with measurement, debugging and control, thiswater-distribution system can adapt to bad environment such as abnormal high pressureand high-temperature in water injection well.First, this paper analyzed the shortcomings of the conventional water distribution.Second, it confirms the holistic project according to the design principle of theelectronic-controlled water-distribution system’s actuator and the anticipated function.Third, it designs the function structure of the executing agency. In the end, virtualprototyping technology is applied, using UG software to design implement of actuator for3d digitizing and make the virtual assembly of the whole structure. In the process of designing the electronic-controlled water-distribution system, gooddynamic characteristic is one of the requirements in mechanical structure designing ofWater distributor. in order to better analyze the rationality and reliability of the structuredesign, this paper is based on Multi-rigid-body kinematics and Modal analysis theory, adopting Virtual prototyping technology, using UG and ADAMS soft wares to establish the Multi-rigid-body dynamics model and the finite element model, making the kinematicssimulation analysis and free modal analysis. The electronic-controlled water-distribution system combine machatronics and sensortechnology which can realize the ground-automatic control, follow the characteristicprocess of the mach structure underground, reaching the optimization of water injection, realizing automatic operation in the course of water flooding, reducing the labor intensity,in order to enhancing the water injection effect.
