With the rapid development of electrolytic aluminium,more and more aluminiumelectrolysis enterprise by strengthening the current to improve aluminum production.Along with the increase of the current strength, cell temperature will be sharply, andthe shell becomes thinner. If we do not take test measures, aluminium liquid will pour fromthe shell.The heat flux of the aluminum cell surface can reflect the thickness of the shell andenergy loss. It is important to save energy and reduce consumption when we monitor andanalysis the heat flux of the aluminum cell surface.The aluminum cell heat flux monitoring analyzer use ARM as core processor and infraredto measure temperature of the aluminum cell surface. This equipment can monitor thetemperature and heat flux, solving the problem that the aluminum cell heat flux can’t fastanalysis. We divide the aluminum cell surface into two units when we wil calculate thealuminum cell heat flux. This method is better than the traditional method that the aluminumsurface is a plane. The temperature and heat flux was displayed with infrared figure and chart.We can clearly observe the monitoring results. At the same time, we collect the data from theindustrial field and analyze the relationship between normal production and abnormalproduction. The data will be got faster by the heat flux monitoring analyzer. Finally, thedesigne of expert system can relaize the diagnosie of cell status by the fuzzy productingmethod. It is important for aluminium electrolysis production to save energy and reduceconsumption.
