Aromatics are very important organic chemical materials, the yield of which is second only to ethylene and propylene. BTX(benzene toluene and xylene) is the first level material. BTX and its derivatives are widely used to produce synthetic fibre, resin and rubber. Recently, the consumption of aromatics is increasing sharply, while the70%output of aromatics are derived from catalytic reforming of the naphtha. In order to satisfy the requirement, alkanes to aromatics technology is receiving more and more concerns. In this paper, Zn/HA600was under hydro thermal and acid treatment, and then modified with zinc oxide. The effects of reaction condition and Si, Mg and Fe on the catalytic performances of Zn/HA600were evaluated. The conclusion are as follo wings:(1) Suitable hydrothermal temperatures could maintain better stability. Taking comprehensive consideration of the activity and liquid yield,600℃was the best hydrothermal temperature.(2) Hydrothermal treatment followed by acid treatment could clear the channels, which could improve the aromatization activity.(3) HA600which was modified with2.0wt.%of zinc oxide showed higher aromatization activity than others under the condition of400℃,1.0MPa,1.0h-1.(4) As the temperature increased, aromatics increased and liquid yield decreased. When the pressure was1.0MPa, BTX content was the highest and C9+content was low which showed the best aromatization performance. The influence of WHSV was distinct. Taking comprehensive consideration of the reaction condition,400℃,1.0MPa and1.0h-1was the best one.(5) Silylation could cover external surface acid sites and portion channels. Comparing Zn/HA600with Si6Zn/HA600. the liquid yield were61.5%,63.8%respectively, and RON were87.3,85.3respectively.(6) Mg could neutralize strong acid sites. When the amount of MgO decreased to0.4%, aromatics content was not influenced remarkably, but the coke amount decreased. |
