With the development of automatic mining equipment for efficient, mine mining efficiency is getting higher and higher. At the same time produces in the process of coal dust also grow which increased the dust pollution in the mine. Rail lane of the main channel as one of the transportation accumulates amount of dust which will become dust formation with a second float in the air when transportation equipment through the roadway. Existing fixed spray of the dust equipments have shortcomings such as part of water or part of dry in roadway because of uneven spray and impaction of pedestrian transport. The power source selection or structure theory design factors put already proposed mobile spray device in weakness of hidden trouble of explosion or needs of intervention and so on.This subject is full of references to dust research situation at home and abroad as well as dust distribution rule in the roadway to design a no electric power sprinkles which can be dragged hanging in transportation equipment for spray dust removal. This device has the advantages of simple structure, good stability, reduce artificial participation at the same time also does not affect the normal transport in the roadway. This topic designs the mechanical structure of this device and put forward some design principles through the theoretical calculation as well as verifies the working principle of the system, explains the functions of the parts of the device.On the base of design of the frame to the existing and the wheel round the improvement of the cover design the structure of the sprinkles. Design calculation chain to make wheel drive air compressor power in purpose of avoiding of explosion hidden trouble. Design and check selection of parts such as water containers, air compressor, spray head distribution location and add device potion to ensure its" stability and security.Theoretical calculation of the process of compressed air press water in tank has been put out through the adiabatic processes which ensure the design principle. The principle is the inner cavity water volume is no more than the emissions of air compressor three times which can reduce the time needed for pressurized water tank to avoid the fault of out of the water for long-term.Use ANSYS to analysis frame and wheel cover which can ensure its safety and rationality. Analyses the internal flow field in tank when compressed air presses water by VOF model in FLUENT to get the gas-liquid distribution nephogram and vector diagram of velocity and pressure which verify the rationality of its principle and provide certain theoretical basis for its application.Through the dynamic grid and discrete phase of continuous phase coupling use in FLUNET, this paper simulates the distribution rule of dust in roadway when rail transportation equipments pass through the roadway. The result named distribution nephogram of dust concentration proof the necessity and rationality that hangs spray sprinkles behind rail transportation equipment to spray the dust. Through to the settings of built-in nozzle in FLUNET simulates the distribution of the six sprays to get path chart which can verify the rationality of nozzle installation.
