| The effective processing of municipal solid waste has become one of urgentenvironment problems, With the national economy and social development, urbanpopulation growth and living standards increase year by year, the attendant problem isthe sharp increase of the amount of waste, waste composition is constantly changing,making garbage pollution on the ecological environment gradually increased. Aserious shortage of treatment facilities operating funds and equipment modificationfunds, the waste disposal site layout is not quite reasonable backward mode of wastedisposal reasons. China′s handling of municipal solid waste has become one of theproblems faced by urban construction and urban management.Changchun is a young city, municipal solid waste disposal after10years of hardwork has made significant progress. Especially after2006, the Changchun hasinvested a lot of money on the construction of sanitation infrastructure has been aqualitative leap. However, to the overall, the existed landfill of Changchun are mostlyor simple treatment, it is not completely in accordance with national standards for thedesign and construction, waste collection, transportation and processing have yet tofurther enhance and improve.The paper summarize landfill technology development experience, combinedwith the Changchun City specific conditions, on, design and construction of a modernnorms of urban living garbage disposal. Specific conclusions are as follows:1.According to the speed of population and economic development ofChangchun City, I identified and predicted the future garbage composition andproduction of Changchun, determined the size of the project for2600t/d. 2.Comprehensive analysis and comparison construction of the landfill sitingmushroom ditch Tuen and Rich Mountain, and ultimately determine the best locationof field construction mushrooms ditch Tuen, it is expected to invest380million yuan.3.In accordance with national standards《urban life waste sanitary landfilldisposal project construction standards》(2001), determined the sanitary landfillprocess, and design of sanitary landfill the main project, including the garbage dam,leachate collection and treatment systems, seepage facilities, the system of airconductivity and utilization system, highway system, vehicles, transport equipmentand other ancillary works leachate monitoring wells, floor, garage and machine repair,car washing station, water supply, power supply and lighting systems, etc..4.According to the actual situation, learn from the experience of other parts ofthe project, carefully chosen landfill leachate treatment process, selected a membranebioreactor and nanofiltration treatment process. Designed size of the sewage treatmentstation identified as300m~3/d, determined the specific process parameters anddesigned of the main monomer. |
