Dahuangdi village belongs to the ChangYi region in Jilin city, it is located in thewest bank of the second Songhua river, next to the Jilin Economic and TechnologicalDevelopment Zone.The constant development of economy and the population increase of Dahuangdivillage year by year have leaded to the increase of rubbish emissions and theexpansion of living garbage collection and transport scale. Due to the limited numberof existing refuse collection points, most trash are not collected and treated. Theirodor and the floating dust have seriously influenced the normal life of the residentsaround the plant. Landfill leachate has also caused a certain degree of ground waterpollution, which has serious damaged the ecosystem of the Dahuangdi village. Inrecent years, by the rapid development of farming enterprises inside the Dahuangdivillage, animal feces are discharged in to the environment without any treatment,which has leaded to the increase of sewage amount, the deterioration of ground waterquality, and a direct impact on the local environmental health and the quality of thecrops.Dahuangdi village considered its actual situation and development needs, carriedout an environmental comprehensive program, which includes a waste transfer stationwith a size of the5t/d and a project for resourceful utilization of animal feces with asize of30t/d.Through field inspections and analysis of this region in the design process andresearch on the main content of the design, this topic mainly got the followingconclusions:(1) After the construction of the refuse transfer station, through theclassification treatment of garbage, then recycling one part of the available resources,and the part which can be used as compost material waste will be directly delivery toorganic fertilizer dumps, the rest will be transported to the landfill in Jilin. On onehand, these practices can avoid simple fill hole pile buried causing twiceenvironmental pollution on atmospheric environment, water environment, thesurrounding land and landscape; on the other hand, it also reduces pressure for landfillin Jilin.(2) Portion of the trash is transported to the organic fertilizer preparation plant ascompost material, which can reduce the waste treatment capacity, and at the sametime provides part of the raw materials for the organic fertilizer, plays a certain role inrice production, and promotes the sustainable development of economy in Dahuangdivillage. (3) The construction of the project for resourceful utilization of animal feceswith a size of30t/d produces obvious environmental benefits and social economicbenefits, prevents the sewage from polluting groundwater and surface water, protectswater resources, and provides a reliable guarantee for the sustainable development ofthe social economy.
