With the development of economy, more and more environmental problems begin to emerge.the development of environmental protection and the theory and Practice of sustainable growth,the issue of ecological security has now become the focus of concern for governments of allcountries,scholars and even ordinary people as well. Although the coastal wetland has a veryimportant position in ecological security, but with the impact of human activities, the ecologicalsecurity began to be destroyed. Through theoretical analysis, Jiangsu Yancheng Nature Reserve inthe study area, the wetland eco-security issues were discussed.According to the different image analys is, combined with the PSR model, on the YanchengWetland Nature Reserve are analyzed, and the Yancheng Wetland Nature Reserve Managementand decision-making offered scientific basis. The main results are as follows:1.Through different periods of image, we can obtain the information of land use of the year1983,2010, compared with1983, the impact of human activities in2010are more obvious.2.From1983to2010, landscape pattern changes dramatically, landscape fragmentation is moreobvious, the number of landscape patches generally increased more than three times. Wetland areareduces213km2,655km2are increased of agricultural land, the area of urban construction andindustrialization increase245km2, human interference area ratio from16%to48%. The increasein residential land and industrial development is the direct cause of the degree of landscapefragmentation increased.3. Through the analysis of the different index using PSR model, study area is divide into fivelevels: health, well, fair, poor, very poor, the ratio:20.28%,10.11%,35.59%,22.19%,11.84%.Studies have shown that the irrational ecological structure led to the strengthening of the fragilityof the ecosystem in the study area, about70%of the area is already in an unstable state orundermine the state.Research shows that, through GIS and RS technology, we can rapidly and accurately extractwetland land use information, it not only overcomes the traditional sense of the monitoring means,at the same time, it improves work efficiency, and saves a lot of manpower and material resources,but also overcome the wetland system in the course of the investigation of temporal difficulty. Theuse of GIS analysis tool, can be directly effective draw landscape changes, to provide a scientific basis for wetland protection.
