| As a kind of drugs and personal care products (PPCPs), Naoprxen is a commonly used non-steroidal drugs.It mainly used for anti-inflammatoryã€antipyretic and analgesic.due to its side effects mildly and well tolerated, Naoprxen has become one of best-selling non-prescription drugs in the world.After taking naproxen, a part of the naproxen can not be absorbed and metabolized, they droppings in vitro as technical,there main going was sewage treatment plants.Because of the naproxen’s poorer biodegradability,it is hard to remove it throug traditional wastewater treatment process, most naproxen can discharge into the surface water environment through the sewage treatment plant.At present, the concentration of naproxen in the water environment has accumulated to a certain level,if human intake trace levels of naproxen enduring, it will Induced the heart disease and stroke, even may produce toxic In the lungs.This study is based analytical naproxen as the experimental samples, taken trace samples dissolved in ultrapure water, using high performance liquid chromatography detection.The results show that if use ultra-methanol-pure water as mobile phase, naproxen’s peak normal, peak shape completely, butpeak time short, if photolysis it, its product may not separated with naproxen completely.Therefore, this subject eventually selected methanol-potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution as the mobile phase, naproxen’s peak normal, peak shape completely, peak time for7-8min.In this experiment, with300W mercury lamp as the light source, studied the treatment effect in different PH valueã€illumination time and the amount of Hydrogen peroxide. Obtained by experiment, PH value have a direct effect of naproxen photolysis degradation. The superiority of degradation was acidity>alkalinity>neutral.In this study, the optimum PH was4,the illumination time was40min, in this condition,the degradation rate of naproxen was97.6%.in the Optimal pH conditions, adding a trace of hydrogen peroxide (volume ratio)to the Naproxen samples, naproxen degradation completely in5min.The experiment, when the pH=4, use three different light source,compare the degradation effect of naproxen.The experimental show that the120W light source for the degradation of naproxen almost invalid, even extend reaction time to135min,the degradation effect of naproxen just20.54%.however,a little of hydrogen peroxide can greatly reduce reaction time:the degradation effect of naproxen can reach91.3%at30min, when50min, the degradation effect of naproxen can reach99%.Take300W light experiment4min and40min of naproxen samples for further analysis by means of LC-GC/MS to check the water after degradation,concluded the middle product was6-a oxygen radicals-2-acetyl groups naphthalene,6-a oxygen radicals-2-ethylene naphthalene and beta alpha-naphthol. |
