Sink is a indispensable equipment in the kitchen of our daily life. The sink drawing belong to the field of big size sheet metal forming and similar to automobile covering, so the research of double sink is very important to the car and other manufacturing field. In this dissertation, the forming characteristics and forming process were discussed, the relationship between the dispersion pressure and double sink forming limit were also studied. From the results of the double sink drawing simulated by the DYNAFORM software, the forming limit and the quality under the dispersion pressure better than the whole binder. In this paper, the partial pressurization method was introduced to realize the dispersion pressure. The technique combine the computer simulation technology with the partial pressurization method to improve the forming limit and guide for production quickly. Five chapters are included in this dissertation, and the main contents of every chapter are as follows:In chapter1, the background, theoretical and practical significance of this study is introduced first. Then, the study on the box shaped parts and dispersion pressure at home and abroad are summarized. Finally, the main contents of this dissertation are described.In chapter2, the double sink forming mechanism and forming characteristic was analyzed. They are many limitation may be happened in the drawing process, so the methods to solve these problems were introduced. And in this chapter, the double sink’s forming times have also been calculated.In chapter3, the finite element simulation theory about plate was summarized. The basic composition and operation method of DYNAFORM were brief introduced. Then, the reasonable blank shape was taken by positive and reverse simulation checked by experiment. Finally, the double sink forming process was analyzed in order to get the double sink material flow model.In chapter4, the characteristics of dispersion pressure and implementation way were introduced. We propose a local pressurization method to achieve the dispersion pressure, and use the computer simulation technology to determine a reasonable pressure, so as to achieve quick guide for production purpose.In chapter5, the double sink drawing process under whole binder force and dispersion pressure were discussed. In order to compare with forming quality, the forming limit and quality under different whole blank holder force were analyzed, found in the blank-holder force of3.5-3.75Mpa best. Then by use the orthogonal experiment and the method of analysis of variance to get the optimal distribution of BHF parameters. Finally, the forming limit and quality were compared under different binder model, the results found to use the dispersion pressure to forming double sink is better.
