Leptopus Chinese (Bunge) Pojark, annual herb, belongs to Euphorbiaceae, Leptopus Decne. Its branch can be used to treat Paralyzed. Its branches and leaves has a great efficacy towadrs pains in stomach and Insecticide.. According to the pharmacological test, it is an inhibitor towards cancer cell. That is why we decide to choose Leptopus Chinese (Bunge) Pojark as an object.The polyphenols in plant is exist widely as secondary metabolites, has diverse biological activities, So great importance has been attached to its study. So we decide to study on the extraction technology of the polyphenols from Leptopus chinensis (Bunge) Pojark, Expecting to improve the development and utilization on this plant. The corresponding work is:1. Use the prussian blue method to test the content of the polyphenols, The method has good stability and high accuracy.2. According to the experiment of ultrasonic wave extraction technology on Polyphenols from Leptopus Chinensis (Bunge) Pojark, result shows that the optimum extracting condition is ethanol concentration 60%, ultrasonic wave power 135 W, ratio of material to liquid 1:25, extraction temperature 70℃, extraction time 70 min, the average yield of polyphenols is 3.34mg/g.3. According to the experiment of enzyme extraction technology on polyphenols from Leptopus Chinensis (Bunge) Pojark, result shows that the optimum extracting condition is pH=5.4, enzyme dosage 5%, ratio of material to liquid 1:50, extraction temperature 40℃, extraction time 5h., the average yield of polyphenols is 4.24 mg/g. All things considered, enzyme extraction technology has much more research value.Chalcones and Triazene compound is a kind of anti-cancer activity compounds which has much research value. So we use chalcones as a lead compound, Triazenes as substituent group, designed and snythesiezd 10 chalcone derivatives, all of them are not reported in the literature based on search by Scifinder. The corresponding work was described as follows:1. The development on chalcone derivatives and Triazene compound was reviewed.2. A series of chalcone derivatives are synthesised by the Claisen-Schmidt condensation of corresponding acetophenone and benzaldehyde derivatives. The structures of these chalcone derivatives were characterized with 1H NMR,13C NMR.
