| China is the origin of the zizyphus jujube date and it has the long history of cultivation. The jujube is one of the unique resources in our country, it has high nutritious value and excellent pharmaceutical function and it is a superior resource of the development of functional foods.The cAMP is most important biologically active compound in jujubes, it is the mediator of hormones and neurotransmitters in cells and regulates a variety of physiological and biochemical processes as second messenger. The cAMP in jujubes has effects of keeping calm, lowering blood pressure, protecting the liver, improving immunity function and so on. The cAMP content is abundant and stable in jujubes,and is the highest in the measured animals and plants. Polysaccharide is also the important physiological activity of material in jujube, it plays an important role in he immune adjustment, anti-aging, fall blood sugar and blood fat, antitumor activity and so on.In order to choose the best extraction process of cAMP in jujubes, the paper used ultrasonic extraction method. Finally the paper measured the cAMP content of eight kinds of jujubes by High performance liquid chromatography. The experimental result showed:To extract the cAMP from jujubes, the optimal level combination:solid-liquid ratio1:25, solvent concentration15%, ultrasonic time20min. The results of orthogonal test:the order of influence:ultrasonic time> solid-liquid ratio> solvent concentration. The cAMP content of different kinds of jujubes is very different. In eight kinds of jujubes,the cAMP level of chaoyangyuanzao is the highest(366.25μg/g). The lowest is zaocuiwang-1. As the cAMP level of chaoyangyuanzao is the highest,the producers can have a priority to use it to make products with higher nutritional value and commercial value.The experiment also optimize the polysaccharide of extraction process in jujube, and make sure the optimum technological conditions of water bath extraction and utrasonic-assisted extraction. Through the single factor experiment and orthogonal test, It obtains a result that best technological conditions of water bath law to extract red jujube of polysaccharide in water extraction method:solid-liquid ratio1:30, extraction temperature90℃, extraction time1h. Through the single factor experiment and orthogonal test, in using of ultrasonic wave assisted extraction method of polysaccharide, it obtains that the ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharide in red jujube best technological conditions:extraction time1.5h, extraction temperature70℃, solid-liquid ratio1:8. Compared the results of ultrasonic and water bath extraction that:take the quality of raw material5g, add to the volume of the same extract, in70℃drawing1.5h, the results show that the ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharide extraction rate is2.79%, and the method of water extracted polysaccharide extraction rate is1.68%. The ultrasonic extraction method is more appropriate. |
