| The article introduces the process of coal coking, then indendificates and analyses the fire and explosion risk of raw materials, main production equipments and processes for coal coking.There are many taches that have fire and explosion risk during coal coking production, the article mainly applys qualitative and quantitative assessment methods to identify and analyse main fire and explosion risk in coal coking. On the one hand, concludes main kinds of fire and explosion in coal coking based on risk identification and analysis, on the other hand, apply respectively DOW chemical and Mond to assess the risk of fire and explosion for coking process.as for the risk of fire and explosion for benzene tanks, these assessment method of DOW chemical and accident simulation of fire and explosion were applied to assess itThere are always certain limitations to assess objective by using single assessment method. The article selects coking process and benzene tanks as assessment objectives to apply different assessment method to evaluate it, one the one hand, which can avoid the limitiations of assessment conclusion, and make it more scientific and whole. On the other hand, which is propitious to managers to take more effective safety measures to decrease or eliminate potential risk of fire and explosion in coal coking production. |
