In order to meet the requirements of different types feeding equipments,and toachieve universal feed,the feeding step of feeder should be able to regulate steplessaccording to the requirements of different devices. Changing the feeding step is to changethe ratio of rotating speed between the feeder and the tape roller, to achieve the speedratio between the feeder roll and the tape roll within a certain range stepless adjustment.Through a variety of analysises of institutions principles of stepless speed, a neweconomic and practical multi-step feeding bench was developed.In addition to realize thestepless speed change functions,the bench also has the functions with periodic changeand changeable phases, so it can fully meet the work requirements of current high-grademachine.The main contents of the study were listed as follows:1, Through the discusses of the application possibility of the V-belt, annular taperedplanetary, dual variable speed motor control type and other types of institutions , thenreach a conclusion that to ensure single degree of freedom control and the performanceprice ratio, the belt CVT institutions was the best choice.2,Through the motion analysis of the belt driving mechanism with changing step,thecurve of the belt driving stepless speed regulation relation between its regulation variableand transmission ratio was reached.Give the finite element analysis about one group oftransmission pulley cone and analysize the cone round’s deformation when it is underload, which proved that the accuracy of the structural parameters design of thetransmission pulley cone.3、Based on the principle analysisrs of the step changing mechanism,cycle speedchanging mechanism and phase changing mechanism,the integrated design of the threemechanism can be performed under current condition, and make one set of mechanismrealize the speed changing, the cycle speed changing and phase changing.And thesuitability of feed equipment was greatly improved.4 Through simulation design by the use of the three-dimensional simulation software, the targets of design were met the requirements.The installation and debugging of mechanism with changing step was finished in thisproject,which proved that every index of institutiong is the same as theoretical analysis.The innovations of this paper are as follows:1,Propose a method of single degree offreedom mechanical variable-step feeding; 2, Propose the idea of integrated design of“the mechanicm of three changes”.
