| Spatial curved surface thin-walled components were being widely used in the field of each major aerospace manufacturing enterprise due to their lower height,higher structural efficiency and higher working reliability. However, the character of easy deformation and difficult processing in the process of manufacturing made it with some limitation. In view of such limitation, the research and invention of digital flexible localization tooling system which was against on spatial curved surface components had become the major subject of research at present.Firstly, this article reviewed the research and application situation of flexible tooling system at domestic and overseas. Furthermore, analyzed the key technologies which were necessary to realize the flexibility and automation of tooling system. According to the universal problems of hard to locate spatial curved surface thin-walled components in the tooling systems at present, the research objectives and main contents were proposed in this thesis.Secondly, through the research on the related theories and methods of spatial curved surface, the methods of solution locating point coordinates which was in the spatial curved surface were established. According to the working principle of machine tool, established the transmission scheme of system, and completed the structural designing of the flexible tooling system, by analyzed the force on the standard parts, then detailed calculation and checking of standard parts was finished.Thirdly, by research on the finite element theoretical, used the finite element software ANSYS to static analysis the POGO stick in the system, obtained the stress-strain diagram, to check the intensity and stiffness and optimize the risky parts. Modal analysis was applied in order to obtain the natural frequency of POGO stick, provided the theoretical guidance for optimizing. Meanwhile, used software ADAMS to simulate the dynamics of system, Verified whether the performance of the system meets the designing requirements or not. Finally, summarized the whole work of the thesis, drew some constructive conclusions and discussed the future work. |
