Coal mining process,the comprehensive tunneling head-on area frequent accidents of roof caving,seriously affect the driving speed and life safety of workers,the current coal mine comprehensive tunneling roadway supporting equipment is difficult to meet the needs of the coal mine safety and efficient tunneling.Combining with the national natural science fund project "step type forepole head-on roof dynamic coupling device and driving mechanism(number:51304107)",put forward a set of driving mechanism,support mechanism,anchoring mechanism,coal in the integration of stepped type digging the anchor joint units(hereinafter referred to as the "digging anchor unit"),and the feature of cutting dynamics in roadway and through sex were studied.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Accord the demand of the temporary support,based on the comprehensive tunneling roadway roof and the inability of tunneling and supporting the problems which affects tunneling efficiency of the synchronization,this paper proposes a set of driving mechanism,support mechanism,anchoring mechanism and coal in the integration of stepped type digging anchor joint units.Expounds the digging anchor unit's main component of the specific mechanical structure,and dig the anchor working principle of the unit and propulsion way,determine the digging the anchor main technical parameters of the whole machine unit.(2)Set up a single set of machine cutting part forepole support and condition of the dynamic model of integration after digging anchor the machine dynamic model of the unit respectively,and then get the fuselage vibration differential equation of each part.According to the existing digging anchor unit vibration differential equation,build simulation by MATLAB/Simulink software module,input parameters for simulation,after get digging anchor units at the same time in the tunneling and supporting teams'time to the vibration of the body part.(3)According to the influence to dig the anchor in the roadway through the performance of the main factors,put forward to dig the anchor of the unit by sexual evaluation system,mainly including geometric parameters through sex,drive through sex,roadway range of soil and homework time body itself in the roadway stability,etc.And dig the anchor is given unit geometric parameters and driving force through the evaluation index,combined with the floor of roadway can drive,approximate dug a given anchor through sex determination method in roadway of unit.(4)Based on Bekker mechanics theory and classical Boussinesq elastic mechanics theory,the depth of the base unit is deduced in the sinking of the plate and the surrounding rock mechanics parameters of the relationship between the function.Considering digging the ground pressure,the driving force of anchor unit through sexual influence factors,such as the maximum ground dug the anchor unit pressure calculation formula and dig the anchor step driving force calculation formula of the unit.Through the study of obstacle ability dig the anchor unit,the judgment formula of unit obstacle and dig the anchor crew can safely cross the barrier height.To dig the anchor machine center of gravity of the unit at the same time distribution location optimization,dug a given anchor unit calculation formula of the whole machine center of gravity and the digging in roadway anchor unit during operation can keep the good performance through the center of gravity of the position distribution range.
