Fire is a serious disaster to human life and property. With economic development, fire losses have increased year by year, but the current study for the fire damage, the main goal is to predict and identify the ultimate loss.However, for the loss of the fire, just focus on the results is not enough. Only by understanding the dynamic changes during the whole of the loss can be better for a research, then, to find the appropriate point to control the fire damage in time. The research of this paper is based on the fire loss characteristics in the past, for the problems of characteristics of fire losses for its influencing factors is not complete and no better reflect the practical, Firstly, according to the concept of design fire and value of goods , establish applicability flow chart. Follow the steps of the flowchart, comprehensively analysis the factors of possible result in loss as time-varying in the fire scene. at the same time, having a simple categories in accordance with the value of goods, then, obtained objects in different ways the loss of its fire in enclosure. Designed fire on the base of Limited conditions, the use of FDS fire simulation software, various items were obtained and the temperature of the fire, the fire heat release rate and other parameters of the curve with time. Combinations of factors affect the loss characteristics analysis to determine which amendments to the simulated curves, finally get the process of fire losses change over time.In the end, the thesis does research program validates the feasibility of the method, Properties for the fire loss in the application of fire risk management foundation.
