Except the "soot pollution", and "photochemical smog pollution", now we are facing to "indoor air pollution" as the main third environment pollution situation. This thesis mainly studies the problem of air circulation and air quality in laboratory, to providing technical according for the choice of the ventilation design of laboratory and the management. Under different laboratory ventilation design this thesis uses the computational fluid dynamics method simulate getting the velocity field airflow and the concentration distribution of laboratory exhaust.First, this thesis simulate the velocity field airflow and the concentration distribution of non-organization smoke of the first of laboratory design scheme (only one gate in air inlet) in1.2m/s, having a conclusion of poor ventilation effect of this scheme and smoke concentration below standard; it will optimize the first of scheme, to constructing the second of design scheme, namely adding one more gate in the air outlet, then using FLUENT numerical simulation simulating the velocity field airflow and the concentration distribution of non-organization smoke of the second of laboratory design scheme in1.2m/s, This scheme having good ventilation effect, making smoke spreading fully and smoke concentration up to standard; Meanwhile simulating the velocity field airflow and the concentration distribution of non-organization smoke of the first scheme with the wind speed increasing. When the speed of winds greater than4m/s, it can ensure the smooth circulation of air inside the laboratory and the smoke concentration can up to the health standard of laboratory shut up the gate of air outlet. From this series of simulation can the air quality the laboratories, reflect intuitively the working environment of students’laboratories, then discovering problems in advance, saving a lot of manpower and material resources, for providing more effective and feasible control technical measures to optimize the design of laboratory building and select the way of management.In short, this thesis study air circulation and the spreading of pollutant concentration in different wind speeds of workshop, for providing certain ideas and exploration to optimize the design of s students" laboratories and select the way of management.
