The Automatic Accounting And Analysis System Of Silk Woven Fabrics Process And Equipment

Computer technology can be used to complete automatic control in most textileproduction process, including basic information query, fabric appearance automaticsimulation design, equipment information management. The process of calculation andequipment configuration between fabric design and equipment has not realize automation.This thesis is mainly focus on the automatic accounting and analysis of silk woven fabricprocess and equipment.This paper established in the foundation of silk fabric product database, compileprocedure to complete production process calculation, the basic fabric information queryand the automatic calculation of equipment configuration, finally get results expressionthrough computer interface. The system contains basic information data module, fabricbasic information query and fabric equipment configuration accounting modules,equipment configuration image analysis module. Basic information data module can finishfabric basic information statistics and part of the process calculation; basic informationquery and fabric equipment configuration accounting modules can show basic informationof fabric according to product category and serial number which are chosen by users, andthen finish configuration equipment accounting according to the basic information offabric; equipment configuration image analysis module can draw the transformation curvewhich is the number of configuration equipment with the number loom or annualproduction according to the equipment configuration situation.The system is mainly aimed at rapier loom, air-jet looms and hydraulic looms forequipment configuration, the basic parameters of various equipment are set as variable inthe development process, the enterprise could change parameters depend on productionsituation, the equipment configuration can be calculated according to the new situation,even when the equipment changed. The system can accomplish the calculation of silk fabric process automatically, can effectively enhance the configuration efficiency, providethe theory basis to the decision makers of the enterprise.
