| The theme of the21st century is health, the people’s requirement of the living environment is increasing day by day. However, the bacteria in our living environment is everywhere, which is harmful to our health. Therefore, the antibacterial products are more and more popular for people. In order to meet the healthy requirement for people, it was people’s need to health textiles, perpared the antibacterical wool fiber by the ultraviolet irradiation in the previous work. However, the messages of colour express have influence on our lives. In daily life all the time, the food, clothing, housing, transportation, entertainment have a close relationship with the colour. Clothing colour has been the main way of self-decoration by people. Therefore, the dyeing of antibacterial wool fiber was as a main part in this paper.It will meet the needs of the public and marketplace.The dyeing properties of antibacterial wool fiber were studied by a large number of experiments.If was used the method of ultrasonic to dye wool fiber and studied the effect of the four factors on the dyeing rate and the antibacterial rate. Moreover the orthogonal experiment was designed on the basis of single factor experiments. Finally, the optimum technology was as followed: ultrasonice temperature of70℃; the dyeing time of40min; ultrasonic frequency of60Hz and the concentration of antibacterial agent of2%. Furthermore, it was not only made the antibacterial ratio above70%still, but aslo caused the dyeing rate above95%for wool fiber by this dyeing methods. Still, the structures and properties of the antibacterial wool fiber were characterizated before and after dyeing. The results showd that the crystallinity of dying antibacterial wool fiber was increased by2.4%by XRD; and the morphologic figures have no change by SEM; The fracture strength of dying antibacterial wool fiber was increased by1.43%; the average length of antibacterial dying antibacterial wool fiber was added by5.3mm, and the short fiber ratio reduced by2.5%. In addition, the dying antibacterial wool fiber was thinner with increase curl number and crimp recovery. However, the antibacterial properties of dying antibacterial wool fiber was decreased about15%,with a last wash-resistant property. |
