With ethylenediamine (EDA) as raw material and cynuricchloride(CNC) as cross-linking agent, acid relaxed collagen fiber (CF)from pigskin was modified to different generations of aminated collagenfiber (ACF) adsorbents according to solid-phase synthesis andnucleophilic substitution; The appropriate modification conditions wereoptimized by single factor experiment method: the reaction molar ration (CNC)︰n(-NH2) was1.4, the reaction time of ice water bath was3h,the temperature of the second phase was45℃and the reaction time was4h, the temperature of the third phase was70℃and the reaction timewas3h. And measure the amino contents of CF and ACF with inhibitingaldehyde method. The form and structure of CF and ACF werecharacterized and analyzed by SEM and FTIR respectively. Then useacid black dye NT simulating dye wastewater and investigate theinfluence of temperature, pH, dye initial concentration, adsorbent doseand reaction time on the dye absorption respectively. The resultsindicated that the optimal temperature and pH of acid black dyeabsorption were all40℃and2.5. For a certain amount of liquid, theadsorption capacity increased with the increasing of initialconcentration of dye, but decreased along with the increasing of theadsorbent dose. With the extension of time, the adsorption capacityincreased at the beginning, and then, basically kept constant. Theadsorption ability of collagen fiber and different generations ofaminated collagen fibers were observed after the treatment of acidicblack dyeing NT and sturgeon skin dyeing wastewater. And theadsorption thermodynamics and adsorption dynamics were studied afterthe treatment of acidic black dyeing NT with the first generation ofcollagen fiber. The results showed that, the Freundlich equation and Pseudosecond-order kinetic model can better describe acidic black dyeNT in the adsorption behavior of ACF-Ⅰ.
