The Study Of The Performance Evaluation To The Efficient Clay Stabilizer

At present, it is aimed at that the clay stabilizer used in the oilfield has no method ofperformance evaluation, no normal evaluation standard used to detect the clay stabilizer andno pertinence to the knowledge of the mechanism. So, it is the base of developing the Sa-zerodeposit layer to build the method of the performance evaluation and detecting standard of theclay stabilizer used in the oilfield. It is also the first condition to ensure experiments tosucceed at the same time.In this item, the evaluation of comprehensive performance has been done to several kindsof used and no-used clay stabilizers (common types or driving-oil types) by static anddynamic experiments. Several questions were settled chiefly by the item study:1. To build the evaluation method and detecting standard to different types of claystabilizers;2. To filter the appropriate types of the clay stabilizers according to the composition ofthe clay mineral in the deposit layer and give the mechanism against expanding.3. To give the parameters of the clay stabilizer such as the application concentration, theinjecting volume, the character of resisting scour, the damage ratio of rock cores, thescope of improving the exploitation and gain ratios and so on.
