Dongfeng water plant in Daqing,design size50thousand tons of day.Nowthe actual average daily treatment capacity is40thousand tons of day. The watersource is the Daqing reservoir,which Bad water quality belongs to the class III,water quality for turbidity4-148NTU,Chroma15degrees,pH8.0-8.5.The dailydischarge of filter backwash water volume is2800tons,every sedimentation tanksludge water volume is1000tons,occupies the entire waterworks water Nissan7.6%.Due to lack of funds and other reasons,Dongfeng water plant productionwastewater has not been treated and directly into the Dongfeng bubble,Largeamounts of solid material into the resulting in Dongfeng vesicle sedimentation andpollution of water environment.In order to solve the Dongfeng water treatment plant wastes and untreateddirect discharge of polluted water environment, by looking for the source ofwastewater in the existing treatment process, the contaminant from the filterbackwash and settling tank sludge two processes.Then, on the basis of the collection and analysis of existing production data,combined with the results of previous studies to determine the purification methodfor filter backwash water and sedimentation tank sludge water. And through thetechnical and economic comparison drawn by the best wastewater treatment.The last full evaluation on the feasibility of wastewater reuse and reuse specificways, methods proposed recommendations to improve existing processes.The mainconclusions are as follows:Ⅰ.Complete way of comparison of the two wastewater treatment in flotationand ultrafiltration membranes, and ultimately determine the flotation treatment thebest treatment options.Ⅱ.Complete the design of process equipment and structures to determine theparameters of the improved wastewater treatment.Ⅲ.If we use the improved design, SS removal rate can reach more than90% and the wastewater untreated straight row can be reduced to bring the surroundingenvironment largely.Ⅳ.The treated wastewater in the solid content of not less than5%, iron,manganese ion content is less than0.3mg/L and0.1mg/L, can be used to furtherrationalize the process to achieve wastewater reuse.
