Research On The System Of Mine Land Reclamation Monitoring

With the large-scale mining for mineral resources, the mine environment is damaginggravely; the pressure to protect land is more and more high. As an important measure againstpreventing the quantity&quality of cultivated land from reducing, land reclamation will bepaid increasingly attention.The promulgation and implementation of Land reclamation regulations, on March5,2011,indicated a new stage. In article7, it specifies that, the local people’s government, at orabove the county level, should establish the system of land reclamation monitoring. As thekey point in the work of mine land reclamation, the system of land reclamation monitoringin mining area should be established more. So why do we established it? What should itmonitor？How to do it? With these problems, the author read and compare with relevantliteratures that are domestic and foreign. Basing on relevant domestic research onmonitoring, I find the answer to the problems that it will be facing in mine landreclamation monitoring.The content of this paper mainly includes:(1) Compare to the content of mine land reclamation monitoring at home and abroadcomprehensively analyzed related research in our country, the paper points out thedifficulties and problems, such as lacking of systematic and comprehensive system of mineland reclamation monitoring. The professional team is weak, the relevant departments andinstitutions need more cooperation, etc.(2) Formulate the function status and role of mine land reclamation monitoring which willbecome the key problems in the future.(3) Put forward the content and index of mine land reclamation monitoring.Basing on the goal of mine land reclamation monitoring, and combining the characteristicof mining and reclamation activity, put forwards the content and index, which includesOriginal landscape&surface, land destruction, and effect of land reclamation.(4) Introduce the main measures of mine land reclamation monitoringReferences to other related measures and combined with conditions in mining area,introduces RS&sample (monitoring pinot), and points out their application in monitoring. (5)Present the organization patterns and working routine of mine land reclamationmonitoring.Organization patterns and work routine are the foundation and guarantee in mine landreclamation monitoring. This paper introduces the role and responsibilities ofadministrative departments of land resources at all levels, mining enterprises, relatedscientific research units and colleges in mine land reclamation of monitoring. At the sametime, it also puts forward working routine of mine land reclamation monitoring which hasimportant guiding significance.
