A Study On The Land-reclamation To Invalidate Coal Mine

The resources given to us in nature, the most valuable resource is our land, it is base of all thing and is the source of life. Land is the basis for human existence and development. All of human production and the material needs of life are come from land. China's vast land area of 9.6 million square kilometers of land resources, ranking first in the world, but due to a huge population, low per capita area, making our country has very prominent conflict in people and land, such as few per capita arable land, inadequate food production, high resource consumption, all of these are the significant factors that will be restricting China's economic and social development. With the current rapid economic development and technological overall progress, resources problem as a important symbol to measure a country's comprehensive strength. Future society put forward higher requirements to our country, "effectively protect farmland, rational use of every inch of land" become an important national policy.The current coal industry as a basic industry, play a pivotal role in China's economic development and social construction. However, with social development, human increasing demand in resources (especially coal), mining efforts greatly enhanced not hesitate to destroy a large number at the expense of agricultural land to get more value. As we all know, coal's pit, will inevitably occupy and destroy large areas of land, will inevitably cause some environmental damage issues. Mining industry has given us huge economic benefits, but also brought many negative effects can not be ignored:a large area of land subsidence, housing damage, frequent occurrence of major geological disasters, it gave rise to many obstacles to the country development. Coal mining caused severe destruction of the land, changing land use conditions in which land use change, land productivity decline, change the original structure of agriculture, the reduction of cultivated land, pond area increased, landscape pattern change direct impact on our environment, economic development and people's lives and property. reduction of arable land, agricultural facilities destroyed the agricultural output rate has fallen, farmers'serious economic losses, which aggravated the contradictions between man and the mine area, growing intensified land acquisition conflict between agriculture and industry; "three wastes" discharge damage to the ecology. The farmers lost their subsisting survival land and basic protection of life, exacerbated the many conflicts with the mining companies, and even the various irregularities led to the increasing frequency of occurrence, to the society a lot of instability, severe of harmony and development of mining area to the new period of building a well and bring a new socialist countryside obstacles affecting the development of national economy.With the advancement of technology and social development, mankind created enormous material wealth, to accelerate the development of material civilization and cultural and ideological progress.At present, the various warning signals of nature, mankind aware of the threat, the contradiction between resource depletion and population growth over, the increasing environmental pollution and ecological destruction are becoming increasingly prominent, whether the future of the energy and the environment can bearing this development and continue to become a major global problem. Such a severe situation, humans make a sustainable development path, is a not only to meet contemporary demands but not hazardous to meet the needs of future generations the capacity of economy, society, resources and environment coordination development. Sustainable development of mining has become a hot issue, but land reclamation is an important part of achieving this strategy. It can increase the cultivated area and reducing waste of land resources, ease the contradiction between people and land, reasonable and effective promotion of agricultural and industrial land use, restoration and to improve the mining environment, to seek a mining area of economic, social and ecological environment of a high degree of sustainable development. Thus, combined with mining natural conditions, socio-economic conditions of the mining area land use for maximum reclamation and re-development, while creating economic benefits, both environmental benefits and social benefits go hand in hand, to ensure the smooth realization of the sustainable development, is the urgent need to solve the problem.In this paper, on the basis of careful analysis and the review of mining land reclamation to the theoretical study and practical work, according to ecology, soil science and other related professional disciplines, to discuss problems in the theory of the current Chinese factory and mining land reclamation, through investigation and research, to analyze the mining to the regional environmental impact and ecological damage, and combining local actual conditions of factory and mining land use, utilized the principle of the system carried out a feasibility study to come up with proposed relevant land reclamation measures, in order to soil conservation and land reasonable use. Main results of this paper are:(1) Read a lot of documents, combined with the theory of professional knowledge, conduct research related to land reclamation, analyze the research process at home and abroad, tell the differences from methodology, system construction and so on;(2)Through the survey on the current coal mine in Shanxi Province to investigate, analyze damage factors, summing up the damage and loses so far, come up with the importance of the Coal Mine Land Reclamation;(3) Reference reclamation cases forthcoming in domestic and oversea, combining current situation of Shanxi Province, regional conditions, human qualities and so on, raise the land-reclamation programs and measures;(4) Here analysis on both the project reclamation,the biology reclamation sides focus on the coal in shanxi province:the open pit mining,the well-pit mining and waste of land's reclamation measures,and by the way down,to take shape the theory system and implementation method,to propose the synthesized reclaimed modes:Agriculture,forestry and herding reclamation mode,the efficient agricultural reclamation mode,synthesized control reclamation mode, the ecological tourism reclamation mode.
